We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each ring is carefully made to order using premium materials and crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
For your peace of mind, all of our jewellery is covered by a lifetime manufacturing warranty against faults in workmanship.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty
Our lifetime manufacturing warranty covers defects relating to the craftsmanship and construction of your jewellery, including manufacturing faults in settings, soldering and structural components.
If we determine that your piece has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Complimentary First Resize
We offer one complimentary resize within 3 months of your delivery date to help ensure the perfect fit.
Please note that significant resizing adjustments may compromise the structure and integrity of the ring. Certain designs, including full eternity rings and some diamond-set bands, may also have resizing limitations due to the nature of the setting design. If resizing is not possible, our team will advise you accordingly.
To help minimise sizing errors, we also offer a complimentary ring sizer so you can comfortably find the correct fit at home before placing your order.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- General wear and tear
- Loss or theft
- Damage caused by improper care or misuse
- Chipped, cracked or broken stones caused by impact
- Repairs, resizing or alterations carried out by third parties
Please note that normal wear over time, including scratches, dents and surface marks, is expected with fine jewellery and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
