We offer free insured delivery on all orders, with secure packaging and full tracking for your peace of mind. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on the design and craftsmanship required. An estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page and confirmed with your order.

RETURNS

Catalogue Engagement & Eternity Rings

Our catalogue rings may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unworn and in their original condition
  • returned with all original packaging and documentation
  • not resized, engraved or otherwise customised

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Custom Rings & Bespoke

Rings created using our advanced ring builder or bespoke service are individually made to your chosen specifications.

As these are personalised products, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your ring is faulty or not as described.

Faulty Items

If you believe your ring has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will:

  • arrange the return of your ring at no cost to you
  • repair or replace the item where appropriate or
  • provide another suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
